Anna’s sister contacted me in the Spring to surprise her sister Anna and her new husband Egor with a unique gift. After their wedding celebration, the lovers chose to spend their honeymoon in the beautiful Luberon Nature Park, in Provence. The newlyweds wanted their stay to be out of time, in this cocoon in the wild in Southern France. So they had the idea to rent a little house on the prairie located in Bonnieux, and this is where our photo session started. Little did I know there was a surprise coming up…
The garden was filled with tall grass and was just perfect. After some photos in their first outfit, I invited them to change clothes so they’d have more varied shots, which they appreciated.
The bond the Russian couple has is really undeniable.
At some point, the photo session took a whole new meaning: isn’t Anna’s belly a little bumpy? Indeed, the couple is expecting! What a wonderful surprise.
Another change of clothes, and we drove to Lourmarin to carry on with more photos. This typical Provence village is one of my favorites. I just love its narrow streets and lovely shops!
After a coffee break, we toured the village and stopped at various places that photograph beautifully. Provence, and particularly the Luberon area, offer some very romantic locations for a unique photo session.
A really sweet photo session, as always, in Bonnieux and Lourmarin! Surely Luberon is one of the most relaxing and charming destination to celebrate your honeymoon!
